Where Does Your Meat Come From?
We sell our grass-finished beef and pastured pork year-round by the cut or in quantity (see choices at left).
Our veal is seasonal (spring through Christmas) and sells fast! Get the best selection by pre-ordering by the half or whole. Please call or e-mail for availability and processing dates.
Our chickens are whole at 3-5 lbs per bird. Please call or e-mail for availability and processing dates, as we raise chickens only in the summer and early fall.
