Reserve Custom Beef, Veal, or Pork
By ordering a quarter, half, or whole animal, you'll receive our lowest price per pound, get to choose the cuts you want (we'll help you fill out a cut order worksheet), AND determine a delivery schedule that's right for you.
We harvest our animals year-round and will contact you with the date your meat will be available.
GRASS-FINISHED BEEF - Avg. $6.25/lb
QUARTER - Avg. 75-100 lbs of meat Quarters are mixed, which means you get some of each cut, from both the front and back quarters of the animal.
Submit a $100 deposit to reserve a quarter.
HALF - Avg. 150-200 lbs of meat
Submit a $200 deposit to reserve a half.
WHOLE - Avg. 300-400 lbs of meat
Submit a $400 deposit for a whole animal.
HUMANELY-RAISED VEAL - Avg. $10/lb
HALF - Avg. 30-40 lbs of meat
Submit a $100 deposit for a half.
WHOLE - Avg. 60-80 lbs of meat
Submit a $200 deposit for a whole veal calf.
PASTURED PORK - Avg. $4.25/lb
HALF - Avg. 60-80 lbs of meat
Submit a $100 deposit for a half.
WHOLE - Avg. 125-160 lbs of meat
Submit a $200 deposit for a whole.
