How to Order Today
You can buy our meats year-round in three ways:
- You can pre-order a larger quantity - see Bulk Order - a cost-effective option that allows you to choose how the meat is cut and packaged.
- You can order a mixed sampler box to try some of our best-selling products - see Sampler Boxes. This is a good option for first-time buyers.
- You can order by the cut, picking and choosing items for your own sampler. We can also accommodate larger orders for specific cuts with enough lead time. We schedule our butcher dates a year in advance and can give you estimates on quantity availability.
